RULES
 

1. Must be at least 18 years old to enter.
2. Upfront fees due with pigeons. No exceptions,
3. Upfront fee options are as follows - 1-4 birds $250 each, 5-9 birds $225 each,  10+ birds $200 each ($100 per bird goes directly to prizes)
4. Perch Fees are guaranteed - any paid perch not filled, replaced, or lost prior to the first 20 mile training toss will be credited to the following year(does not include the $100 upfront money that goes directly to the prize fund).
5. No limit on birds entered.
6. Accepting birds from February 1st till May1st. Replacements till May 15th.
7. Race entry fee is $250 per bird.
8. Entry fees are due 7 calendar days after release of the 100 mile qualifying training toss.
9. If your entry fee is paid and bird does not make it to the 1st race, your entry fee will be refunded.
10. Birds whose entry fee is not paid for on time will become property of F and B Classic.  
11. There will be 6 races from the East 125 miles, 150 miles, 175 miles, 200 miles, 250 miles, and 330 miles.
12. 400 mile Special race will be flown 2 weeks after race #6 and entry fee is $200 per bird ($25 for expenses and $175 to prizes).  
13. Live clocking by Wincompanian.
14. On race #6 all capital prizes will be paid on first drop and then by clocking order.
15. All ninth and tenth flights will be pulled.
16. Loft Managers reserve the right to refuse entries.
17. Loft Managers will make all final decisions
18. Birds remain the property of the breeder. No buybacks. No auctions.
19. All birds must be activated to remain eligible for the races.
20. Average speed paid by the clock. Computed on Total Distance / Total Time.
21. 15% of all prize funds will be withheld for expenses.
22. Time out for darkness – 30 minutes after sunset till 30 minutes before sunrise.
23. Race dates and distances subject to change.
24. A completed W-9 form will be required for all winnings of $600 or more!
25. Only one check will be written out per partnership or syndicate.
26. Birds not claimed within two weeks or arrive after two weeks of last race will become property of F & B Classic.
27. Birds will be returned at the rate of $70 per 2 bird box. Birds will be returned priority express mail only.
28. All birds will be vaccinated for PMV and Salmonella.
29. Loft visits are by appointment only and you may only view inside the loft. No handling of any birds!
30. Loft Limit is 1600 birds.
